The indoor pool area was maintained for cleanliness.

Our experience was utterly disappointing. The soundproofing in our room was so poor that we could hear everything happening outside, which ruined our peace. To add insult to injury, the shower design was utterly flawed. It leaked water onto the bathroom floor continuously, and we had to use towels to soak it up, unacceptable. And let's not even start on the kitchen-just a tiny space that can barely accommodate one person cooking. I felt it lacked a homely atmosphere, it was just awkward.

The location was central, close enough to the Arco Castle, Arco centre and the lake.

Everything was very comfortable, had an EXCEPTIONAL stay in The beautiful town of Arco. The view of street was absolutely stunning, as well as central location very close to the center of the picturesque town of Arco near Riva del Garda, restaurants and Christmas market and Lake Garda, that has lovely views. It also was really close to the centre.

Clean, boutique hotel, I greatly enjoyed clean rooms and incredible staff. The location was marvellous and incredible, right by Eremo di San Paolo. The venue was in a lovely area, near the center of the town with fast access to restaurants and Christmas market, Lake Garda and the main bus station

The cozy garden offered a peaceful retreat.

The rooms are absolutely fabulous and stunning and they have terrace and a kitchenette.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the clean and cozy room and the lovely breakfast service. The indoor pool and spa area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only small downside was the kitchen's compact size, but it didn’t take away from the great experience overall! 😊

Villa italia was super clean and cozy. There was a nice hot tub which was cool since it rained a lot . The inside pool was a real plus. We liked that it was a small hotel so it was really quiet. Staff was really friendly and made sure we felt at home.

The room was spacious, and having a kitchen made it easy to whip up some snacks. The staff were really nice, always sharing tips on local places to eat and hike. I faced some issues with the Wi-Fi, frustrating at times, and the shower design allowed water to spill outside, requiring constant drying with towels. The coffee quality in the room didn't meet my expectations, falling short for such a lovely place. Still, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the overall charm of the amenities, even if some aspects could be fine-tuned.

The garden is a lovely retreat with colorful flowers and just the right spots for lounging, making it easy to feel relaxed and at home, especially for senior guests like me who enjoy a quieter environment.

More shaded areas for sun protection would be nice.

Villa Italia is a gem with immaculate service. The beautiful garden breakfast experience is unmatched. Rooms are stylish and modern.

The gluten-free options at breakfast were a standout, perfectly crunchy and delicious! We also loved lounging in the beautiful garden that was like an oasis. Plus, the comfortable bed made it super easy to drift off into dreamland.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and had us feeling disconnected. The coffee machine was a letdown too-definitely not the luxury experience we hoped for, and we had to deal with a tricky shower design that leaked everywhere!
